1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Codeeyx's software products, websites, APIs, and services (collectively, "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Codeeyx Technologies ("Company", "we", "us").

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Codeeyx provides a suite of SaaS products including but not limited to:

• Lead CRM — Sales pipeline management and lead tracking platform
• Attendy — HR and attendance management system
• Laundry CRM — End-to-end laundry business management platform
• Custom software development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all responsibility for activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Codeeyx operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to any paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Use our Services to compete with or replicate Codeeyx products
• Send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms are owned by or licensed to Codeeyx. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of all data you input into our systems. By using our Services, you grant Codeeyx a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Services.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your data and will only process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeeyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our Services.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination before permanent deletion, unless legally required otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, India.
